Xamiol Gel 50 mcg/500 mcg per g Gel 15 g

Xamiol Gel is formulated with calcipotriol monohydrate 50 mcg/g and betamethasone dipropionate 0.5 mg/g (500 mcg/g). The calcipotriol component helps regulate skin cell growth and differentiation, while betamethasone provides strong anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and immunosuppressive action to reduce redness, scaling, and thickness of psoriatic plaques. Its gel formulation is intended for scalp psoriasis and mild-to-moderate plaque psoriasis of other (non-scalp) skin areas. Treatment is usually once daily for 4 weeks on scalp; up to 8 weeks for non-scalp plaques, under medical supervision.
