Akneclin Plus (Adapalene + Clindamycin) 20 g

Akneclin Plus 20 g contains adapalene 0.1% (or equivalent) and clindamycin phosphate (1%) formulated to target both inflammatory and comedonal acne. The adapalene helps to normalize skin cell turnover and reduce comedone formation, while clindamycin works to reduce Cutibacterium acnes / Propionibacterium acnes bacteria and inflammation. It’s typically applied once daily to acne-affected areas. Because of the antibiotic component, use is usually limited in duration, often combined with other skin care (moisturizer, sunscreen) to minimize irritation and prevent resistance. Users commonly experience initial dryness or mild irritation, often referred to as a “retinoid adjustment” period.
