Spornar Itraconazole 100 mg

Spornar 100 mg contains itraconazole, a broad-spectrum triazole antifungal. It works by inhibiting fungal cytochrome P450 enzyme 14α-demethylase, disrupting ergosterol synthesis and causing fungal cell membrane defects. It is indicated for fungal infections such as onychomycosis, systemic mycoses, and dermatophytosis where systemic therapy is required.
