Metroruboril A.Z is formulated for sensitive, reactive skin showing redness (rosacea, flushing, irritant reaction). It combines 15% Azelaic Acid—known for antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and pigment-regulating effects—with a soothing complex β-CALM (plant extracts such as centella, calendula, licorice, horse chestnut, etc.), niacinamide, glycyrrhetinic acid, and hydrating agents like glycerin.

Clinically tested under dermatological control, with studies showing up to ~60% reduction in visible imperfections and ~18% reduction in redness after ~8 weeks of twice daily use in rosacea papulo-pustuleuse.
